A Windows 10 or 11 PC, an Elocarry account (you create one at checkout) and the game installed and updated. Almost every build runs on a normal PC, so there is nothing exotic to buy. Any rare exception is flagged on the game page before you pay.

Instantly. The moment your payment clears, your licence and your Discord role are granted automatically, with no waiting on a human. Most people are set up and in-game within a couple of minutes.

Check your email. The moment your payment clears we send your onboarding instructions, so there is nothing to download from a dashboard — just open that email and follow the steps in order. Launch the loader, pick your game and follow the on-screen steps, then open the in-game menu with the hotkey shown in the loader. Every feature is a simple toggle and your settings save to your account.

No. Almost every build runs on a normal Windows PC with no second PC and no DMA hardware — even the DayZ aimbot works on official BattlEye servers without it. The rare exceptions are clearly flagged on the game page.

Security software flags our loader for what it does, not because it is unsafe. Add the loader to your antivirus exclusions (or briefly disable real-time protection) and run it as administrator. Once it is running you can turn protection back on — whitelisting is enough for most people.

They are built to stay undetected. Every build is polymorphic, so its signature changes on each launch, and we update the moment a game or its anti-cheat patches — we watch EAC, BattlEye, Ricochet, Javelin, VAC and the rest closely. That said, anyone who promises a method can never be detected is lying: anti-cheat is a moving target, so we manage risk instead of pretending it is zero.

Risk is never zero on any anti-cheat. We keep it low by staying undetected, updating on patch day and pausing any build the moment it is flagged. Your part is to play smart: keep settings believable, do not rage in front of full lobbies, and never load a build that is flagged in status. Anti-cheat bans are not refundable, so prevention is everything.

Always check live status in our Discord before you load in. If a build is flagged we pause it and say so in the status channel. Using a flagged build is the single fastest way to get banned.

They are different. A detection means the build is at risk and we have likely paused it — your account is fine, so just wait for the green light in Discord. A ban means the game has actioned your account, usually with an in-game message. Stop using the build, check status, and read our "what to do if you got banned" guide before returning.

A hardware (HWID) ban targets your machine, not just your game account, so a fresh account on the same PC can still be flagged. Where a build supports it we provide guidance on reducing HWID risk, but the options change per game and per anti-cheat — ask support for the current approach on your title before you do anything.

No. Our visuals are stream-proof, so viewers and screen-shares see a clean game while you keep your ESP. Use Display or Game Capture rather than capturing the whole desktop, and record a short private clip to confirm before you go live.

Yes, on the games that support it: Overwatch, ARC Raiders, Marvel Rivals, Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty. Native controller input means full aim assist on PC, console-style, with no remapping and no third-party tools.

On Marvel Rivals and DayZ, yes. You do not touch code — describe the hero and behaviour you want, and Barry writes a ready-to-run script on our custom API. Think per-hero tracking, auto-heal on low allies, ability combos and trigger logic. Tweak it, save it and bind it to a key.

Yes. Every feature is a clean toggle and your configuration saves to your account, so your setup is there the next time you inject — including per-weapon and per-hero profiles where the game supports them.

Yes. Each game is its own licence, so you can own and run several side by side. They are billed separately and managed from the same dashboard.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout is encrypted end to end and takes under a minute.

No. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

You pay once for the duration you pick — typically a day, a month or three months, depending on the game. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees and nothing to cancel later unless you choose a renewing plan.

If a cheat does not work after our team has stepped in to help, you may be eligible for a refund — contact support with your order ID and the steps you have already tried. Bans from anti-cheat systems are never refundable, here or anywhere. Full detail is on our Refund Policy page.

Short maintenance and updates are posted in our Discord status channel and do not count against you. If a build is completely offline for more than 60 consecutive minutes, you may qualify for compensation — contact support once downtime passes the 60-minute mark and we add the agreed time or credit to your account.

Sign in at dash.elocarry.net, open the product you want to manage and choose cancel or turn off renewal. Your access stays active until the end of the time you have already paid for. If you cannot find the option, ask support or Barry in Discord.

Where it is available for a product, yes. Freezing pauses your remaining time so you do not burn days while a build is mid-update or while you are taking a break. Ask support or Barry with your order details and we will freeze it and tell you how to resume.

Use a long, unique password you do not reuse, turn on two-factor authentication where offered, and never share your login or licence. Only ever use our official channels — elocarry.net, dash.elocarry.net and the Discord linked from the site.

Check your spam folder for the confirmation email first, as that is the usual culprit. If it still does not arrive, contact support and the team will troubleshoot it with you.

Automatically, in the background through the loader. There is nothing to download by hand and no version hunting, so you are always on the latest build the moment it ships.

Run these in order: restart the game and the loader fully, run the loader as administrator, confirm you followed every loader step, and whitelist the loader in your antivirus. Most issues are solved in the first two steps. If not, ask Barry in Discord — he resolves most issues on the spot.
